Cheese Potato Pancakes and Homemade Dry fruit Chocolate recipes

Now lets start with CHEESE POTATO PANCAKES recipe. 

~CHEESE POTATO PANCAKES 


INGREDIENTS:

All type flour 

  1. 1 Cup Salt 
  2. 1/2 Tablespoon baking powder
  3. 1 Big sized Potato 
  4. 1 Fresh cottage cheese 
  5. 2 Tablespoon Black pepper ground
  6.  1/2 Tablespoon Butter 
  7. To make pancakes Parmesan cheese to top

PROCEDURE:

Sift flour, salt and baking powder together. Mash the cheese well. Peel the potatoes and grate them finely. Now add the flour mixture, cheese and potatoes. Add a spoonful of melted butter and black pepper powder. Make a medium thick batter with the help of water. Heat a nonstick griddle. Spread the pancake with the mixture on it. Apply butter and fry from both the sides. Sprinkle cheese on hot pancakes only.

~ DRY FRUIT CHOCOLATE RECIPE


INGREDIENTS:

  1. White compound - 200 g 
  2. Dark compound - 400 g 
  3. Raisins 
  4. cashews  
  5. nuts  
  6. pistachios - 2 tablespoon

PROCEDURE:

To make Dry-fruit Chocolate Bark, first prepare the cashews by chopping them into fine pieces, prepare walnuts by chopping them into small pieces and cut the pistachios in the same way. Remove the stalks of raisins and clean them. Roast the dry fruits in the microwave for 1 minute.

Finely chop or break the white compound chocolate and take it out in a bowl. Similarly, chop or break the dark compound chocolate finely and take it out in another bowl. Microwave the dark compound chocolate for 1 minute. Take out the chocolate and stir it, keep stirring it for a while, the chocolate is completely melted, the chocolate is ready to melt. Similarly, microwave the white compound chocolate for 40 seconds, take out the bowl and keep stirring the chocolate well, the chocolate will be ready to melt.

Both the chocolates are ready after melting. Now take a tray and place butter paper of equal size on it. Now put the melted dark compound chocolate on this paper making any line and design with a spoon and let it set. Now put melted white compound chocolate on it and spread it. Now spread the dark compound chocolate on top of it and spread it evenly, and spread the roasted dry fruits on top of it. Keep the bark in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to set.

Dry-fruit Chocolate Bark is ready. Break the bark into pieces and keep them on a plate. Delicious Dry-fruit Chocolate Bark is ready. Dry-fruit Chocolate Bark can be stored in the refrigerator for 2-3 months.
