INGREDIENTS:

  • Curd - 400 ml
  •  2 Bananas
  • Honey - 3 tsp (GET FROM AMAZON)
  • Pumpkin seeds - 2 tsp
  •  Water - 10 ml
PROCEDURE:

  • First peel the banana. 
  • Now put banana and curd in the mixer and mix 2 teaspoons of honey.
  •  Then add 2 teaspoons of pumpkin seeds and mix a little water. 
  • Now run it in the mixer until it becomes smooth.
