Samosa Chaat: Delicious and Yummy samosa recipe

Samosa: Samosa which is known as triangular pastry is one of the favourite snack asian food market have ever witnessed. In Asian countries such as India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Nepal samosa is one of the most selling street food. In India, without samosa none of the festival is celebrated. Samosa’s are used to serve in front of guests, relatives, friends etc. People from every age group likes to eat samosa.

Samosa’s are too oily and rich of fats, that’s why I don’t recommend samosa to people who are on strict dieting.

However, samosa or triangular pastry is mostly famous in Asian countries but nowadays, people living in western countries also likes to eat samosa’s or triangular pastries. Due to increased immigration of Asian population into western countries Asian food is becoming more famous and people likes to eat Asian food because Asian food is so yummy and delicious.


India is known as king of spices, that’s why Indian samosa is most liked snack in world. New Delhi and Amritsar are known as samosa factory. In some parts of India samosa is also called Samosa chat.


New Delhi the capital city of India is known for it’s street food. Small street food makers earn handsome profit by selling samosa. The craze of eating samosa can be witnessed by the schools and universities. In India, the colleges and schools with canteen facility mainly serves samosa. 


There are various kind of samosa’s prepared in India such as Chole samosa, choumeen samosa, Paneer samosa, chicken samosa, Keema samosa, Cheese samosa, Chocolate samosa, Fried rice samosa, Khoya samosa, Matar paneer samosa, Pastry samosa, Egg samosa, Tikki samosa, Fish samosa etc. there are 25+ variants of samosa’s.



 In today’s recipe, I am going to tell you step by step guide, How to prepare a Indian styled aloo(potato) and matar(Peas) samosa in simple and easy way. 


Time: 40 Minutes 

Serving:10 Samosa’s


INGREDIENTS:


10 Potatoes
 50 gram peas
Three glass water in a utensil suitable for you to bowl potatoes.
Green coriander leaves
Maida ( Refined wheat flour ) 
Green chillies 
Spices: Salt, black pepper, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, coriander, and nutmeg.
Refined oil
  


PROCEDURE:


1. First of all, you have to put three glass water in a utensil which is suitable to boil potatoes. Put three glass water and let potatoes boil for around 20 minutes.

2. In second step take out all the potatoes and remove peels from potatoes.

3. Take one glass water and boil matar( Peas ) for 10 minutes.

4. Now take all boiled potatoes and crush potatoes.

5. Now in fifth step, mix all the spices, crushed potatoes and matar( peas ) and make a throughly mixed mixer.

6. Make maida or refined wheat flour dough.

7. After making maida dough, prepare chapati and fill the mixer in the raw chapatis made with the help of maida( Refined wheat flour ). 

8. In the last step fry these samosa in the refined oil.

 Now samosa or triangular pastry are ready. Enjoy samosa with red tomato sauce.
