TANDOORI PANEER SANDWICH: STEP BY STEP EASY RECIPE OF TANDOORI PANEER SANDWICH

Well, Paneer which is also known as cheese is the most loved source of protein in Asian countries such as India, Pakistan, Nepal etc. Paneer is loved by vegetarians.

There are different recipes in which paneer or cheese is the main ingredient of dish such as paneer pakoras, Paneer sandwich, Paneer samosa, Paneer chapati, Paneer momos and many more.

On festivals and functions paneer dishes are main startups.

Benefits of paneer 

There are lots of benefits of eating paneer, Paneer is good source of protein. People following diet can consider paneer because it’s good source of protein. Secondly, calcium present in paneer strengthens the bones. Last but not the least is that paneer is not to heavy food that’s is why it’s easy to digest.

Apart from health benefits paneer dishes are delicious and yummy! 

Children loves to eat paneer dishes.

There are 100+ sandwich recipes available on internet but today in this recipe I am going to explain tried and tasted tandoori sandwich recipe.

INGREDIENTS:

In the first and foremost step, chop paneer, capsicum and onion very finely with help of knife. The quantity of paneer, capsicum( you can use two colour different capsicums) and onion should be one cup paneer and one cup of vegetables mixer each.

  1. In a mixing bowl take one cup of chopped paneer, one cup of finely chopped vegetables and add 200g mozzarella cheese which is equivalent to one cup.
  2. In third step add three tablespoon tandoori mayonnaise and salt in the mixing bowl [Note: No other spices are needed.] and mix all ingredients throughly.
  3. In fourth step take four slices of bread for two sandwich’s and apply tandoori mayonnaise over the slices of bread don’t apply butter.
  4. Fill bread slices with the ingredients mixer.
  5. Now grill the breads filled with mixer over the gas flame or you can use griddle and apply butter if you are not health conscious.


Four pieces of sandwich are ready. Enjoy!
